Cory W. Smith, O.D.

Dr. Smith graduated from Adams State College in Alamosa in 1998. He completed his optometry training at the Southern College of Optometry with honors in 2003.

He joined Rocky Mountain Eye Center in July of 2003. He and his family live in Pueblo. Dr. Smith is fluent in Spanish.

Dr. Smith can be seen at the Montebello and Southside offices in Pueblo as well as our Trinidad office.

Dr. Smith provides the following: family eye care, comprehensive eye exams, diabetic eye exams, contact lens evaluations, and keratonconus fitting.
